Empower Employment Support Ltd was established in 2011. We deliver employment support programmes and work with Jobcentres and community partners to help people move towards work.
Our approach combines individual guidance with preparation for real recruitment processes. We aim to make the next step clear, whether someone is looking for a first job, returning to work or exploring a new opportunity.
We focus on practical support, clear communication and making progress visible throughout the employment journey.
We start with the person, their skills, circumstances and goals.
Our workshops and guidance reflect how employers recruit.
Registration, attendance and employment progress are recorded through our joined-up delivery system.
Our delivery experience includes locations across London and Essex, including Redbridge, Canning Town, Twickenham and Clacton.
Programme availability and eligibility vary by location. Contact us to check what is currently available in your area.
If you have joined one of our programmes and recently started a job, let us know. This helps us record your progress and arrange any follow-up support available to you.
Tell us what you are looking for and we will help you understand the available options.
