EES Workshops

EES training and workshops always aim to be innovative, exciting and fun. Our approach is client centered and all our training material is adaptable to suit the needs of the customers and the businesses we work with. We recognise the barriers and the challenges the learner can face when seeking employment. Our training and workshops aim to equip the learner with the required employability skills and the confidence to help upon their employment journey.

Confidence and Motivation 

In this session we look to face head on the hurdles which affect the learners progress in their employment journey and assisting with the mindset to positively transform their own self beliefs.

Goal setting

In this session we will support the learner to understand the importance of taking ownership of their lives and therefore destinies. We will also begin to look at the basics of Personal Development Planning in order to gain for the individual, a powerful attachment to their progress. 

Cv and Cover letter from an employers perspective 

In this session we will overview the purpose, correct layout and content of the CV and cover letter from an employer perspective. With the aim to increase application activity and increased interviews.

Application forms 

In this session we will overview the purpose, correct layout, and tips in completing an application form  from an employers perspective. Live applications can be used in the sessions.

Psychology of interviewing 

The workshop aims to give the learner an understanding of what employers are looking for in an Interview, the different types of interviews, interview tips and tricks and preparing the learner for live interview opportunities.

Job search 

In this session we will give practical advice and guidance in building a workable job search plan upon understanding the local labour market and job search techniques.

1-2-1

With our 1-2-1 service we can provide a professional, experienced and passionate adviser to assist with 1-2-1 appointments which are tailored to support the needs of the individual. Each appointment we aim to encourage, stimulate and challenge the learner and ensure every appointment has SMART actions set to review upon future appointments. 

Simulated Assessment centre (can be delivered vacancy led, generic or Sector based i.e. retail)

A session where the learner will be put through a simulated assessment centre containing various interview formats on the same day, designed to assess a range of skills and personal attributes required for vacancies. Each learner is provided with individual feedback reports after interview.
