The trainer had a nice aura about him when dealing with our customers and made them feel at ease while making sure that the message got through to the learners. His style and method of communication was very effective and we felt that his sessions where adding value to the service that we are offering to our residents. EES came across professional, knowledgeable and process driven. The approach that EES took was very structured and we were impressed with the solutions offered to us as a housing association. EES seemed to understand our priorities and challenges within our sector and this was very important taking into account the nature of our work, the need to provide outstanding customer service to our residents and style of delivery that we were looking for.
